Data Output

Data_Output

The goal of the present simulation is to illustrate the four different methods that SNNAP uses to store or output data.

The simulation (i.e., \examples\Data_Output\smu.smu) is a simple HH-type cell. The simulation runs for 50 ms and the integration time step is 50 us (i.e., 100 iterations each separated in time by 50 us). The simulation illustrates an action potential.
