Academic and Administrative Leadership Development Program
Overview

The University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston (UTHSC-H) recognizes that developing the leadership and management skills of its academic cohorts benefits both individual employees and the institution. Development of academic leaders is a seminal component of institutional philosophy underscored by the mission statement that "we seek to develop in our institution and in our faculty, staff and students...a capacity for leadership."
