I. Fall 2007 Series Schedule (Must attend and complete surveys for at least 7 of the 9 talks in order to receive Blue Book Credit and/or ICM/Physical Diagnosis extra credit)

Students wishing to receive Blue Book credit and/or course extra credit (ICM for MS1s and Physical Diagnosis for MS2s) must enroll for this elective via Black Board. Surveys will only be administered via BlackBoard and must be completed by 11:55pm on the same day as the talk. Instructions for enrolling in the course are below:
1) Click on https://bb.uth.tmc.edu/index3.html
2) Log-in with your username and password (the same as you would for your UT-H email)
3) Once logged in to BlackBoard, click on the link below to self-enroll in the elective: https://bb.uth.tmc.edu/webapps/portal/frameset.jsp?tab=courses&url=/bin/common/enroll_course.pl?course_id=_142360_1&context=COURSE
4) Click on the "Submit" button
5) After a moment, you will see a message on the screen confirming your enrollment in the elective.
