It's that time of the year again, girls!
Get your working shoes on, and volunteer or run for the Susan G. Komen Foundation.

Annual AMWA "Save the TaTa's" Bake Sale
October 20-22, 9am-2pm
This is probably the easiest BB credit you'll get anywhere :)
In order to get credit for this event, you have to either work a shift of 2 hrs for the bake sale, bring baked goods for the sale, or you can be an admirable gunner and do both!
We will donate the proceeds to the Susan G. Komen Foundation.
Mr. UT-Houston Man Pagent

This is an AMWA annual tradition, and this is one of the most fun service projects for all participants, Male and Female! The proceeds of this event will go to a Houston area women's shelter, so this it's spiritually rewarding as well.
1st year students are especially encouraged to get involved! For those ambitious girls thinking about becoming an officer of an organization in their 2nd year, this is a great way to get to work with AMWA officers, and learn more about the organization. Students will be needed to help with fundraising |
