VENUE

 

·         Welcoming reception for all registered participants will be hosted at the University of Athens, C. Palamas building. Click here to see a map.

 

·     The Conference will take place in downtown Athens at Cotsen Hall and Gennadeion Gardens

 

·         The plenary round table sessions will be held in the Cotsen Hall Auditorium (capacity 370 people)

 

·         The posters will be displayed in the Corridors of the Hall

 

·         The lunches will be served in the walled Gennadeion Gardens surrounding the Cotsen Hall

 

·         Exhibitor booths will be arranged both in the Hall and the Gardens

 

·         You may reach the venue from the recommended Hotels either by walking, by taxi or using the Athens metro. The closest metro station to the venue is EVANGELISMOS on the blue line. Click here to see a map.

 

·         Transportation to the Conference social events will be provided free of charge to registered participants by the "Hellenic Destination Management Unit" the official travel agency of the Conference. The travel agency buses will be picking up and leaving us at the EVANGELISMOS station area and not to the individual hotels.
