The actual option(s) selected will depend on the publishing agreement
made between the University and the copyright owners. (Note: in most cases
the University is likely to be a joint owner of educational material and
other scholarly works created by faculty.) It is strongly recommended
that faculty members enter into an intellectual property agreement with
the University prior to beginning development of any scholarly work. |
