Head Count Enrollment by Level 1997 - 2006
The joint MD/PhD program takes approximately seven years to complete.
Fall semester course work determines how these students are counted in all enrollment tables.

Fall 2005 totals do not include 74 students admitted as visitors in the wake of Hurricane Katrina. These include 6 students at the Graduate School, 14 students at the School of Nursing, and 54 studetns at the School of Public Health.
