  • 3,775 students enrolled in 19 degree and certificate programs at 6 UTHSC-H schools located within the Texas Medical Center and at 4 regional campuses.
  • Students participated in clinical training at over 200 affiliated sites across the Houston metropolitan area
    and across Texas.
  • 958 students received degrees from UTHSC-H and began careers as health professionals and biomedical scientists.
  • Researchers conducted research expending $191.7 million in sponsored research dollars and
    submitted 1,127 proposals for new research funding.
  • Clinicians trained nearly 900 medical and dental residents as they delivered care in more than 60
    outpatient and inpatient sites, reflecting more than 1 million patient encounters.
