
General Accounting is committed to providing timely and accurate financial information in order to assist our customers. Our responsibilities include:
- Process and distribute monthly and year end financial reports
- Approve and process all GL Journal entries
- Cancel/Void checks
- Reconcile university bank accounts
- Set up Credit card merchant accounts
- Report financial information in USAS (Uniform Statewide Accounting System)
- Recognize tuition revenue and reconcile SIS (Student Information System) account receivables to GL
