How can I change my address?
You can send an email to sdr@uth.tmc.edu or contact your authorized submitter to submit a Personal Information Change request.

How do I get my name changed within PeopleSoft, and on my e-mail address?
Your departmental authorized submitter will need to send the Personal Information Change request with your new name to the SDR team. Contact the Helpdesk at 713-500-4848 about changing the name within the e-mail system.
