Co-Sponsorship of National Grand Rounds

In collaboration with the National Physicians Alliance, the McGovern Center presents the next lecture in the National Grand Rounds series. The event is scheduled for Friday, February 8 from Noon — 1:00 pm in MSB 1.006.
The National Physicians Alliance (NPA) sponsors a National Grand Rounds series in collaboration with various universities around the country; the series has focused on conflict of interest in medicine.
Friday's lecture will feature Howard Brody, M.D., Ph.D., of The University of Texas Medical Branch as he presents "Conflict-of-Interest in Medicine: An Update on the State of the Problem." Dr. Brody is the Director of the Institute for the Medical Humanities and a Professor in Family Medicine.
The lecture will be simultaneously broadcast over the web. Those interested in viewing the lecture online are asked to RSVP with the NPA.
