At one level, it’s quite simple –
Most of us choose our job because it has meaning to us. Being allowed to do meaningful work can not only improve morale and reduce turnover, but improve client satisfaction. Yet, transforming an organization into a meaning-centered organization is a challenge.

The Sacred Vocation Program was developed to provide organizations the opportunity to maintain high performance while at the same time creating a meaning-centered work environment where employees are allowed to do their work as sacred vocation nurture a healing culture.
