The Facilitator Field Guide serves as a guide to orient the facilitator to the
Sacred Vocation Program. It includes an overview of the three phases of the
Sacred Vocation Program, clear directions how to conduct each session, and
printable tools for the sessions.

Sacred Vocation Program Survey (click

The Sacred Vocation Program Surveys are given at several times during the SVP implementation. These surveys are designed to assess change in multiple types of outcomes such as job satisfaction, mental health, and intent to stay.

The Sacred Vocation Progarm evaluation is a survey designed to measure the success of the program sessions. Participants give feedback on various subjects as well as general thoughts on the program.
