Instructions - International Programs Award 2008

Please read this section carefully. Failure to follow all instructions may result in disqualification for award. All applicants and recipients must be registered students or faculty in one of the schools or institutions of The University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston at the moment of application, in the next Fall semester and throughout the duration of the project.

Your application must include the following materials and must be typed or printed legibly:

A Current Curriculum Vitae A one to three page statement including: Brief background Rationale for the international program and the need for support Budget: how you would use the award Importance: what it would mean to you to be awarded Benefit: how your department, school, or university will benefit Anticipated outcome and future plan Supporting materials: recommendation letters (max. 3), prior achievements, affiliation, or interaction in international programs.

The funding for this award is from benefactor donated money to the Office of International Programs and is subject to availability. The International Programs Award Committee will review the applications and select the awardees. The Award announcement is planning to be released in the Fall of 2008.
