James H. Sammons Auditorium (3rd Floor, front/webber side of library):

There are currently NO fees to reserve Sammons Auditorium for UTHealth and BCM users. All others will be charged the following fees: Up to 4 hrs will cost $125. Over 4 hours will cost $250. No food or drinks allowed in the auditorium or lobby. No AV equipment available, must furnish your own. (Conference Operations will work with you to support this location)

All other Classrooms in JJL:

Street Level Classroom directions: Go into the front Library doors and take back stairwell down the stairs. Make two lefts to enter the classroom Room.

Street Level Classroom Includes:Whiteboard, Screen, Projector, Flip chart, 24 student workstations with computers and 1 instructor station.  All computers have Windows XP and Office.

No food or drink is allowed in the classroom.
