Dear Physicians and Staff,

Update on shortages:

Other shortages include:  mannitol injection vials and ketorolac injection; we have identified alternatives

The FDA recently warned the public about a counterfeit version of Bevacizumab (Avastin) 400mg/16mL, which may have been purchased and used by some medical practices in the U.S.  There is no record of the counterfeit product ever entering the Inventory & Pharmacy Supply Chain used by HCHD. Our wholesaler only buys direct from the manufacturer. They are licensed with each manufacturer and have the ability to track medication’s pedigree.

Please share with your staff.  We will keep you updated.

Thank you,
