Finance and Administration

 


The Office of Administration provides oversight and support for the administrative functions of the Medical School, at both the departmental and school level.  It also acts as a liaison between Medical School departments and various Health Science Center offices.  This office processes and approves Medical School faculty personnel actions, reviews contracts and grants submissions, oversees space planning for the Medical School, coordinates renovations and construction for the school, and processes parking and ID badge requests, among other administrative responsibilities.  In addition, this office reviews documents requiring Dean's signature and provides oversight for the Office of Conference Operations.
