I am looking to sublet/hand over the lease for one bedroom in a two bed room apartment at The Greenbriar (7777 Greenbriar St, 77030).

The apartment a 1194 sq.ft., two bedroom, two bath with a balcony, spacious living room, and fully equipped kitchen (microwave, fridge, diswasher), and laundry (washer and dryer). My current roommate will be staying throughout the summer, but my bedroom will be avaliable. It has a lovely, huge walk in closet with built ins, large windows, and a spacious bathroom with hardwood floors and plenty of mirrors and cabinet space. The apartment is located on the third floor (conveniently close to the parking structure) at The Greenbriar. The complex is gated, has a gym, two pools, and a hot tub, as well as a gorgeous Zen garden, and immaculate landscaping. The location is very close (about a block) from two Metro Rail stations (TMC Transit Center and Smithlands) smack dab next to the Texas Medical Center. The apartment is also very close to Rice Village, the Rice Track, and grocery shops, etc. on Main Street (Target, Kroger). The staff at the Greenbriar is also very friendly! My roommate, Alison, is a medical student who is very easy going and wonderful to live with.

Rent is $623/month (plus no more than $100 a month for all utilities, internet and digital cable on our massive HD TV) which is a great rate that has since increased for people newly signing leases at GB.
