Joyce Collins has been named the Director of Management Operations for the Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences, effective Sept. 1. She served as Department Administrator at UT MD Anderson Cancer Center for 10 years, became the College Business Administrator for the University of Houston, and most recently was the Administrative Services Officer III in the Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences.
