- Neuroscience Research Center (NRC)
- The Center for Theoretical and Computational Neuroscience (CTCN)
- The Center for Memory and Cortical Plasticity (CMCP)
- The Center For Biomedical Engineering (with Dept of Biomedical Engineering at UT-Austin)
