Configure Outlook for
Digital Signature

Configuration Procedure

  1. Insert your eToken into the computer's USB port.
  2. Open Outlook
  3. From the Outlook menu select: Tools > Options
  4. In the Options window below, select the "Security" tab.

  1. In the Security window below, if you want ALL messages signed, click the "Add digital signature to outgoing message messages" box..
  2. Click the "Send clear Text signed ...." box.
  3. Click the "Settings" button.

  1. The "Change Security Settings" window appears below.
  2. Select the first "Choose" button; and when, the "Select Certificate" window appears, choose your personal certificate".
  3. Select the second "Choose" button; and when, the "Select Certificate" window appears, choose your personal certificate"

  1. Press the "OK" buttons to close all open windows.
