Location

The lectures for this course on Friday, November 4, 2011, and Saturday, November 5, 2011, will be held at the Omni Houston Galleria Hotel.

The cadaveric dissection session on Sunday, November 6, 2011, will be held in the Surgical & Clinical Skills Center of The University of Texas Medical School at Houston. This state-of-the-art facility supports cadaveric dissection sessions for UTMS-H trainees and participants in formal didactic courses.
