Cancellation Policies
The University of Texas Medical School at Houston reserves the right to cancel or postpone the course due to unforeseen circumstances. In the event of course cancellation or postponement, registration fees will be refunded; however, participants will be responsible for any related costs, charges or expenses, including cancellation fees assessed by airlines and travel agencies.
If a participant wishes to cancel his or her registration, a written request must be received by October 1, 2011. All refunds are subject to a $100 administrative fee.
Registration Fees
Physician full registration (lab & lecture): $1500
Physician lecture only: $600
Resident lecture only: $300*
Nurse (RN, LPN, APN) or physician assistant: $300*
Dinner symposium: $100
