The Department is proud to webcast its regular grand rounds presentations. Physicians, who watch the presentation live, can claim free CME credits by faxing back the CME evaluation form.

Instructions
  1. Go to the Departmental web video portal.
  2. Sign into the system. (Members of the UTHealth community can use their regular user name and password. Other users can create a new username and password by clicking the link at the top of the log-in box. Returning users should use the same user name and password.)
  3. Look for Otorhinolaryngology in the left column. Click that link.
  4. Watch the event live.
  5. Request the CME evaluation form via e-mail.
  6. Return your completed CME evaluation form via e-mail or fax (713.383.3727) within 24 hours.
