If you need to cancel an appointment, please call 832-325-7171 and give us at least 24 hours notice.

In most cases, we cannot accommodate walk-in patients; however, we will do our best to see all patients on an urgent basis.  Please call the office for an urgent appointment, if you feel that you need to be seen.

If you have an urgent medical need, please call 832-325-7171 and a triage nurse will assess your medical need. If medically necessary, you will be worked into a physician's schedule the same day.

For after hours care, please call 832-325-7171 to reach the physician on-call.

• In case of emergency, please call 911 or go immediately to the nearest hospital emergency room.
