Anti-NEDD8 Monoclonal Antibody

The Technology: A researcher at the University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston (UTHSC-H) has developed a monoclonal antibody to NEDD8. NEDD8 is a ubiquitin-like protein that controls vital biological events through its conjugation to cullin family members. Cellular expression of NEDD8 can be determined via the monoclonal NEDD8 antibody. This antibody will be useful in determining how NEDD8 is regulated and tracking the interaction between the NEDD8 conjugation system and the proteasomal degradation pathway.
