Polyclonal Antibodies Against HRS
The Technology: Dr. Andrew Bean at the University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston (UTHSC-H) has developed a polyclonal antibody to Hrs. Hrs is a protein that plays a role in the growth factor signaling pathways. Cellular expression of hrs-2 can be determined via the polyclonal Hrs antibody. This antibody will be useful in determining the relationship between growth factor receptor tyrosine kinases and tyrosine phosphorylation of Hrs.
