Customized, preprinted requisition forms are provided, along with an ample supply of the following materials:

• Specimen containers with formalin
• Microscope slides and slide folders
  
• Cytology fixative
  
• Alcohol containers for fluids and FNA slides
  
• PapKits with cervical cytobrushes or brooms and plastic spatulas
  
• Thin Prep® vials
  
• Poly bags for specimen and requisition transport

Courier Service
Daily courier pickup of specimens and delivery of reports is available. Specimens are transferred quickly, at proper temperatures, and accessioned within one hour of receipt at our local laboratory in the Medical School (MSB 2.008), enhancing specimen control and diagnosis.

Detailed Reports
Physicians receive a detailed report with a description of the diagnosis. Color photos of the histologic or cytologic findings may also be included. Digital images of specimens can also be provided on request and transmitted via email or web on a secure server
