ACR Resident Handbook The American College of Radiology has a new resident handbook written by residents. The first section has some candid points about the difficulties of transitioning from hands-on patient care to being behind-the scenes. Definitely worth a glance.

Research Resources Download a list of radiology faculty and their current research projects. These faculty have expressed interest in having a medical student and this list is a good starting place for contacts at UT and MD Anderson Radiology Departments. This is not an all-inclusive list and any faculty member may be approached.
Research Funding Application Download the research funding application. The goal of this funding is to encourage student interest in the radiological sciences while helping them become more competitive applicants for residency programs.
Radiological Society of North America Research Grant Membership in RSNA is free for students with verification of good standing from your school. Deadline for grant application is February 1, 2011.
