New Co - Chief Residents for 2009 - 2010

The new Co-Chief residents, who took over duties the minute they were selected, are Susanna Claire Fawthrop Spence, MD and Nicholas Marc Beckmann, MD.

Nicholas Beckmann, MD, is a native of Kansas and graduated from the University of Kansas School of Medicine in Kansas City. He is married to Sarah Beth and has a daughter Grace with another baby on the way. He also plans on doing an MSK Fellowship here at UT after graduation.

Susanna Spence, MD, is a native of the United Kingdom, studied medicine at the University of Texas, San Antonio and is currently finishing her third year (PGY4) of residency. She plans on doing an MSK Fellowship here at UT after graduation. She is married to Erik and has a daughter Chloe.

Jennifer Cha Lin, MD, graduated from New York University School of Medicine. She is finishing her residency this June, 2009. Jennifer, her husband and twin boys, Ryan and Matthew, are moving to San Francisco where she will be doing an MSK Fellowship with Dr. Stoller’s at National Orthopedic group. Her husband James is an orthopedic surgeon with a new position in San Francisco.

Andrew Tenn, MD is a native Californian. He studied medicine at the University of California at Davis School of Medicine. He is completing Radiology residency and staying on after graduation to do a Body Imaging Fellowship at MDACC.
