B. Static anterior and RAO images demonstrate leakage of radioactivity intracranially via skull defect mimicking focal metabolism (arrow). LAO image shows no evidence of brain metabolism.

C. Anterior skull radiograph demonstrates the bullet tract with extensive calvarial injuries (arrow).
