A. Flow study does not demonstrate significant flow. However delayed flow is seen in the region of the tumor. (arrow)
 
B. Delayed static images demonstrating activity within the region of the tumor. The exact mechanism of perfusion is unclear, but may be related to collateral circulation. The intensive care team did not declare the child brain dead at this time and the child died the following day.
