A. ECD study demonstrates maintained perfusion and metabolism involving the left hemisphere

B. Axial CT IMAR demonstrates diffuse cerebral edema with midline shift to the left.

C. ECD study performed 24 hours later shows decreased perfusion and metabolism on the left (arrows)

D. No flow or metabolism is identified two days after injury, consistent with clinical diagnosis of brain death.
