Eduardo J. Matta, M.D.
Professional Focus:
Dr. Matta’s expertise lies in cross-sectional diagnostic imaging of adult patients ultrasound, CT, and MRI, but is also active in radiography and fluoroscopy. He heads the ultrasound section at Memorial Hermann Hospital and has interests in general, vascular and obstetric ultrasound. Development of clinical applications for 3D/4D ultrasound is a special interest.
Other special interests include cardiac imaging, including CT coronary angiography and cardiac MRI, dynamic and diffusion MRI for oncologic applications and obstetric MRI for maternal and fetal indications.
