Nuclear Imaging of Meckel's Diverticulum: A Pictorial Essay of Pitfalls

 

Paraesophageal hernia mimicking ectopic gastric mucosa

This case shows increased activity in the region of the esophagus. Subsequent evaluation revealed
this finding to be a paraesophageal hernia which was later repaired surgically.
