A false negative Meckel's scan which was felt to represent jejunal hemorrhage or vascular anomaly
This
case shows abnormal tracer activity in the right upper quadrant which
was initially thought to represent jejunal hemorrhage or a vascular anomaly.
Surgical correlation later revealed a Meckel's diverticulum. |
