Nuclear Imaging of Meckel's Diverticulum: A Pictorial Essay of Pitfalls

Intussusception

This is an MN-3 study, which uses Tc-99m labeled antigranulocyte monoclonal antibody for the evaluation of atypical appendicitis. This patient presented with right lower qudrant pain. Surgical correlation showed that the increased focal tracer activity turned out to be an intussusception from a Meckel's diverticulum.
