Who is involved?

Human subjects protection is a shared responsibility.

AAHRPP’s standards and elements are divided into five domains:

Domain I Organization
Domain II Research Review Unit
Domain III Investigator
Domain IV Sponsored Research
Domain V Participant Outreach

At their site visit, AAHRPP Site Visitors will interview individuals involved in human subjects research for interviews during the site visit. UTHSC-H staff involved in human subject research, in any capacity may be selected, including Principal Investigators, Collaborators, Clinical Research Coordinators, Research Nurses etc.

AAHRPP will also interview several CPHS Members, ORSC Staff, OSP Staff and other administrators supporting the human subjects protection program.
