The Microarray Core Laboratory provides analysis of differential gene expression via expression profiling primarily using Illumina Bead Chip and Expression arrays. Methylation array studies and FFPE samples can also be preformed on the Illumina platform.  Commercially available high density oligonucleotide arrays (Agilent) and investigator provided spotted arrays can also be used.

RNA quality can be determined using an Agilent Bioanalyser, Microarray scanning is available on an Illumina Beadstation scanner or Axon 4200A 2 color laser scanner and hybridization on a Tecan HS 4800 automated hybridization station or SNP studies on a Tecan robot.
