Quantitative Genomics Core Laboratory

The Quantitative Genomics Core Laboratory provides high-throughput gene and transcript analysis using real-time quantitative PCR. Services include: high throughput qPCR analysis of gene or transcript levels in DNA or RNA samples; zygosity testing of transgenic animals and validation of microarray–based experimental results. Investigators provide RNA or DNA samples and have the choice of utilizing previously developed assays or having new assays designed and validated for transcripts or genes of interest.

Upcoming Real-Time qPCR Meetings

1) qPCR Symposium USA, 29 October to 1 November, 2007 at the Crowne Plaza Cabana, Palo Alto, CA (www.qpcrsymposium.com)

2) ABRF (The Association of Biomolecular Resource Facilities), February 09 - 12, 2008, Salt Palace Convention Center, Salt Lake City, UT (www.abrf.org)
