Their rates are based on the 25 page maximum requirement for NIH grants, as well as standard estimates on the 20+ hours required to edit 25 pages, however, each hourly rate will be different depending on the lead time given, or other factors determined by the editor. It is strongly recommended that you submit your grant 2 weeks before the due date.
