Science Citation Index Expanded,
available through Web of Science, is searchable by cited author/work/year.

HighWire Press from Stanford University offers free access to full-text citations for >850 scientific journals. (Click “Citation Map” after performing a search.)

Google Scholar enables specific searching of multidisciplinary scholarly literature with citations presented as separate results.

Journal Information & Citation Analysis
