Administrative Services defines the wide range of services and expertise provided by the departmental support staff to advance progress toward both the department and the individual program(s) mission, vision, goals and objectives in the areas of:

  • fiscal management
  • productivity
  • planning and operations
  • personnel

These services include financial activities, management, reporting and reconciliation; contracts & grants management; physician patient care productivity reporting; patient care charge capture; compliance; capital assets accountability and inventory control; personnel and payroll actions; staff development activities; and administrative support to the faculty as they complete their endeavors in patient care, teaching and scholarily activity.
