Dr. Moreno is a graduate of Harvard Medical School, completed his residency at The University of Texas Health Science Center-San Antonio and an Academic Family Medicine Faculty Development Fellowship at the University of Missouri-Columbia. He has been in academic family medicine for twenty five years. A tenured Professor of Family Medicine, he practices and precepts at the UT Physicians clinic and attends at Memorial Hermann-Texas Medical Center. Dr. Moreno is a past President of the Society of Teachers of Family Medicine and is a nationally recognized leader in Family Medicine.
