The Acres Home Health Center serves the primary care needs of Harris County residents living in the Acres Home and Northwest Harris County area. The health center provides health care services for more than 43,000 patient visits. In addition to regular adult and pediatric services, the Acres Clinic provides podiatry, dental, an eye clinic, x-ray, lab, nutrition, health education, pharmacy, psychiatry, counseling and social services.
