South Loop of 610

1. Exit at Fannin St. and proceed toward downtown. You will pass: The Astrodome on the left Women's Hospital on the left
2. Cross over: Old Spanish Trail / Braeswood
3. Cross under Holcombe St. You will pass: St. Luke's Hospital on the right Methodist Hospital on the right Cross over M.D. Anderson Blvd.
4. The next street is Ross Sterling Street. Turn left into the Hermann Professional Building Parking Garage and Park, or turn right and cross under breezeway of Medical School
   Building to the Garage 4 at the end of road.

Hwy 59 heading south

1. Exit at Fannin St. and proceed south toward Hermann Park.
2. Pass: The Wyndham Warwick Hotel The museum-area traffic circle Hermann Park on the left
3. Cross: N. MacGregor St. and pass by Memorial Hermann Hospital Turn right at Ross Sterling St. into the Hermann Professional Building Parking Garage and Park, or turn left and cross under breezeway of Medical School Building to the Garage 4 at the end of road.

Hwy 59 heading north

1. Exit onto Kirby St. heading towards the Astrodome.
2. Cross Bissonnet St. and turn left on Sunset Blvd.
3. Follow Sunset Blvd. until it ends at Fannin St. and turn right.
4. Cross: N. MacGregor St. and pass by Memorial Hermann Hospital Turn right at Ross Sterling Street into the Hermann Professional Building Parking Garage and Park, or turn left and cross under breezeway of Medical School Building to the Garage 4 at the end of road.

I-45 heading south

1. Follow I-45 through downtown to Hwy 288 south.
2. Take 288 south and exit at N. MacGregor St. Head west towards Hermann Park.
3. At the Y intersection, stay to the left (Braeswood St).
4. Turn right at the next street which is Holcombe St.
