Amber Williams

Amber L. Williams, MS, CPH

is a Research Associate at the University of Texas Memorial Hermann Center for Healthcare Quality and Safety. Ms. Williams is currently working on a PhD in epidemiology with a focus in health informatics. She is a member of the charter class for the national certification in public health. Ms. Williams has conducted research with extremely premature newborns in neonatal intensive care, focusing on developmental physiology, responses to painful procedures, and exposures to noise and light levels in the hospital. She also works on studies evaluating teamwork and quality of care during neonatal resuscitations.
