• Timing – about 20 minutes
• Format – Powerpoint presentation
• Content of Presentation

• Complete History & Physical Exam (chief complaint, HPI, ROS, Soc history, etc . . .)
• Hospital Course
• Pertinent Labs & Other Studies – include pertinent films
• Differential Diagnosis for patient’s demise
