The Neuromuscular Program at The University of Texas Medical School at Houston is focused on providing the latest state of the art clinical care to the patients with neuromuscular disorders. Research in neuromuscular disorders focuses on developing new therapeutic strategies to treat neuropathic disorders and enhance nerve repair and is a pivotal area of the program. Education is an integral part of the program and opportunities include Fellowship training in Electrophysiology/Neurophysiology, Neuromuscular disorders including nerve and muscle pathology, and post-doctoral opportunities in Neuromuscular Research Laboratory.
