Our faculty are involved in a wide range of activities including medical student education, residency and fellowships, and other training. In addition, the department has a lively research practice.

Located in the Texas Medical Center, the largest medical center in the world, the University of Texas-Houston Medical School is an exciting place in which to work. Students, residents and faculty have an opportunity to collaborate with genetics researchers in all disciplines. They train with experts at the leading edge of technology and clinical care.
